The best wonton noodles I ever eat in Calgary. The soup is rich in flavor and super tasty. Authentic taste of wonton noodles. Keeping warm in cold weather. Definitely will be back.

Another Calgary classic closing their doors at the end of January 2025. Had to visit one last time. It's been a couple of years since I've been here. The wontons are big & meaty but the noodles were a bit soft (maybe because I had take out). Veggies were a bit more sparse than I remember. Also picked up some of my favourite garlic chilli sauces. Got there just after they opened at 11 am and by the time I got my order the lineup was out the door. Congrats on your success and Thank you for the past 25 years

I had the Wor Wonton Soup, which was one of the best I've ever tasted. The portion was generous and the price was very reasonable considering the food quality. I'll add that the service was excellent and the ambiance was nice -- cleanliness was on point as well. FIVE stars for you Wonton King!

Excellent fresh food. I had the crispy chicken dumplings and they were absolutely delicious! The yellow curry takes a little longer to prepare, but is worth the wait. It's a wee bit awkward to have to sit with strangers at the long tables if it's busy, at least if you're an introvert like me, but over all, would definitely recommend! Techie at the front counter was so lovely, patient and accommodating.

We were visiting Calgary from Edmonton and found this place just looking for a good soup place with great reviews. The people are friendly, the food is fantastic, and we felt more than comfortable dining in with our little toddler too. Highly recommend!

The yellow curry was so good! Our first time here - and we were greeted by such a positive, helpful, and nice staff. I felt welcomed instantly. She was helpful and knew exactly what I wanted. The food was better than I expected. My husband had the Wor Wonton and it may be one of the best broths we have ever had. The price was very fair (or even on the low side) for the quality we received. I highly recommend coming for a bowl here.

Great little place for lunch in NE industrial area off 12th St NE. I have visited here twice now, and will definitely be back. I get my food to go, however there is seating for probably around 25 people inside the restaurant. I am a big fan of soup of any kind, and the Wor Wonton here is delicious. For $14.50 you get a hearty bowl of soup overflowing with veg, grilled pork, and wontons. You can choose from chicken, pork and veg, or straight pork for your wonton variety.The soup also comes with noodles but I skip those to keep things on the lighter side. They also have soup variations ( e.g Hot & Sour Wonton), rice bowls, and appies like deep fried Wontons and dumplings. There is also a display fridge filled with frozen take home items like wontons, bone broth and other delicious goodies. Last but certainly not least, staff is pleasant, welcoming, and do everything they can to make sure your dining experience is a positive one. Try this small business for yourself!
